Founded by Career Nanny and Early Childhood Educator, Alexis Lofgren, The Nanny Fairy was born from a passion for connecting families with exceptional event caregivers who bring warmth, professionalism, and a touch of magic to every moment.
With a decade of hands-on experience working and volunteeing with children Alexis brings a deep understanding of child development, family dynamics, and the importance of trust and consistency in care.
With a background in Early Childhood Education, Child Development, and extensive experience designing and leading programs for young children, Alexis is uniquely equipped to support families with both structure and creativity. Throughout her career, she has worked closely with high-profile families, providing discreet, reliable, and personalized care in homes, hotels, and event settings across New England and beyond.

"We hired The Nanny Fairy to watch kiddos at our wedding. They were professional and came prepared, turned the childcare room into a proper play room. We had ten or so little ones, all ages from 3 to 10, some of whom were visiting from abroad so English wasn't their first language. While it wasn't strictly a child-free event, the children's room was there for whenever kids needed a break from the rest of the wedding. I peeked in there at one point and about half a dozen kids seemed to be having fun while their parents danced the night away in the main hall! It was great to see my kid cousins making friends with the nannies. The parents were very happy for the help and had nothing but good things to say.
